Co-operative Group Limited and Co-operative Financial Services Limited and all its subsidiaries from time to time, shall be entitled to enforce any and all of these terms that benefit us. This right exists pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999. These terms shall not be interpreted or construed to confer a benefit on any other third party.

These terms are governed by English law. Except as otherwise set out in this paragraph, any disputes related to these terms shall only be resolved in the English courts. You waive any objection to such choice of law and venue for resolving disputes. We may bring court proceedings for an injunction or any similar relief in the courts of any jurisdiction to restrain or prevent any breach of these terms by you.
